Set across two levels, the property welcomes guests through a truly special entrance, passing a majestic 400-year-old olive tree before opening into a beautifully designed open-plan kitchen and newly furnished living area. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything expected of a high-end rental, including quality appliances, premium cookware, and a Nespresso machine for relaxed mornings at home. The living room is both stylish and comfortable, featuring generous seating and a large Smart TV with satellite channels, perfect for unwinding after a day out. Overlooking the living area, guests will find a pool table, adding a fun and social touch to the space. The property also features a dedicated dining area with seating for eight, ideal for shared meals, as well as a separate laundry room equipped with both a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience. The property offers five en-suite bedrooms in total, with the master suite occupying the entire upper floor.
